Rose Window Floor Medallion
This breathtaking tile medallion is set at the base of a picturesque spiral staircase. Our clients were inspired by the extensive stained glass featured in prominent cathedrals including Notre Dame in Paris, France.
Their travels to Europe and affinity for vibrant colors informed this custom design that incorporates a range of glaze options that are delightfully unique. The grouping of jewel-toned tiles serves as the focal point of this standout installation.
Glazes Used: C10 Caribbean, H1 Linen, FeRx3 Cinnamon, A15 Citrine
The outer rings are a combination of 1x1 tiles in F8 Lake Michigan, 2x2 tiles in B42 Mist, 3x3 tiles in Linen & Cinnamon, 1.5 x 3" tiles in C10 Caribbean and A22C Pewabic Blue, 1x1 in Peacock & 3x3 in Mist.
The outer border is comprised of 1.5" x 3" tiles in Pewabic Blue and Linen.
