PLEASE NOTE: Reservations and deposit are required to schedule an in-person experience.
virtual history talks
Virtual History Talks offer the opportunity for Pewabic fans across the globe to learn more about our story spanning over 120 years.
Sign-up for Pewabic News, Follow us on the social media channels linked in the footer of our website, and check our Events page for upcoming Virtual History Talks. Your membership + support continues to make programs such as these free and open to the public.
the collection
The Pewabic Archives contain thousands of vases, tiles, drawings, photos and paper files from throughout our history. A rotating selection of these items are on view in our second floor museum space for visitors to the pottery to learn from and enjoy. The museum is open during regular store hours.
our archivist
Pewabic's archivist is able to assist in identifying historic (or contemporary) Pewabic tile or vessels, information about Pewabic's history, Pewabic tile installations, the Pewabic building, and more.
Please note that we do not offer valuations or appraisals. Scroll down to view recommendations for those seeking these services.
Additional Resources
We often field questions regarding the identification of historic tile installations. Read our blog post linked below to help distinguish Pewabic tilework from tiles created by Flint Faience Tile Company who were in operation from 1921-1933.
Valuation + Appraisal
We are unable to prove any valuation or appraisal services (ie "What is my piece worth?"). If you are looking for the worth of your piece you can try DuMouchelle's for appraisals of larger items or look for price comparisons on websites like LiveAuctioneers. On LiveAuctioneers you can actually look up Pewabic in past auctions to see at what price past auction items sold.
