Detroit People Mover: Michigan Avenue Station

This vibrant, 14-by-18-foot mural was designed by Detroit artist Allie McGhee. The tiles were produced at Pewabic Pottery and installed in the late 1980s as part of the "Art in the Stations" project in the Michigan Avenue Station of the Detroit People Mover. 

This design was named "Voyage" by the artist Allie McGhee.
