• Items with a receipt can be returned to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
• Items with a gift receipt can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
• Any other refund, exchange, or inquiry will require retail leadership approval.
• We cannot accept damaged or imperfect items.
• We cannot accept items no longer in production.
• We cannot accept any Pewabic items purchased at another retail store.
• Discounted, imperfect, & seconds items are final sale.
• We do not accept any returns over $50 in-store on Sundays.
• Cash returns under $50 will be refunded in cash.
• Cash returns over $50 will be refunded via check, please allow 1-2 weeks to process.
• Orders paid with a check will be refunded via check, please allow 1-2 weeks to process.
• Once an item has left the pottery, Pewabic is not responsible for any damage.
