kiln replacement updates

For over 25 years, our production Blaauw Kiln has been an integral part of our fabrication process. But after almost three years of planning, we are saying goodbye to this workhorse and are welcoming in a new 144 cubic foot Blaauw Kiln.

During this multi-week process, the pottery will still be free and open to the public during regular hours but it might look a little different. Our overflow gravel lot will be closed to accommodate the kiln builders and our courtyard will be off limits as large machinery and building components are being moved into the kiln room.

See the map below to plan your next trip to the pottery!
