Pewabic’s co-founder Mary Chase Perry Stratton created many geometric tiles to be used as accents in larger installations. She drew inspiration from her European travels and from other places of architectural prominence locally and abroad. Some of these early geometrics mimicked Celtic motifs. Our current Celtic Collection is an ode to these historic works and are perfect as embellishments in tile installations or individually as decor.

Each Celtic knot has a special meaning but eternal love, the winding journey of life, and the interconnectedness of all existence are shared across all knots.
