PRIVACY POLICY
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number with expiration date, and email address. We consider this information to be private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site, notifying you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you (only if you select to be included on our mailing list). We do not share your private information with anyone.

SHIPPING POLICY
- We ship via UPS Ground.
- Second Day and Next Day are available at an additional charge. Please call (313)626.2010 for more information.
- Shipping is available anywhere within the United States.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes.
- Our shipping team uses the utmost care and responsibility when packaging your order. However, we understand that breakages during transit can occur. If your package arrives damaged in transit, please report the damage to Pewabic within 24 hours of delivery. Please also send us a photo of the item and retain the packaging should we decide to pursue a claim with UPS. If it is determined that we want the item(s) back, Pewabic will issue a return shipping label for you within 1-2 business days. Once the broken item(s) are received, Pewabic will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will refund your purchase or complete an exchange.
RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes, an item is just not quite right. Returns can be made and refunded within 30 days when accompanied with a copy of your original invoice. Without a copy of the invoice, you may exchange or receive a store credit within 30 days of purchase. Date of purchase must be confirmed by Pewabic management.
TO MAKE A RETURN: Mail your package back to Pewabic Pottery, 10125 E Jefferson Ave., Detroit, MI 48214. Please mark the package “ATTENTION: Online Store Return” and include a copy of the original invoice. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Pewabic can provide you with a UPS return shipping label if you pay an advance fee. Please email pewabicstore@pewabic.org or call (313) 626 - 2018 to request this service. Once we receive the item, you will receive a full refund less the original shipping fee.
TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM: Pewabic will gladly exchange any item for another color or different item within 30 days of your original purchase for a flat restocking fee in addition to any difference in price. Please email pewabicstore@pewabic.org or call (313) 626-2018 with any questions. Please mark the package “ATTENTION: Online Store Exchange” and include a copy of the original invoice. Once the original item is received, our online team will contact you within 5 business days to complete your exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for all associated shipping charges.
