Mary Drabik of Microcosm Ceramics is a ceramicist living in Chicago. She has been working in clay for 20 years, primarily using a high fire porcelain clay. In Drabik's words "Porcelain reminds me of clouds and marshmallows when I’m working with it and that works beautifully with my drawings & patterns."
Microcosm ceramics, her pottery brand, is about creating unique ceramic pieces for all spaces. "I want to create one-of-a-kind forms that show our everyday objects hold importance, time, thoughtfulness, and connection," says Drabik.
